One of the world's richest men according to Forbes magazine Eike Batista (right) greets Michael Nolan (in left, Ceo of IMG Worldwide) and Alan Adler (center), CEO of IMX, announce the formation of IMX, a sports events promotion company that will be based in Rio de Janeiro on December 9, 2011.
IMX is in charge of organising UFC RIO (UFC 142), which will be held on January 14, 2012, at the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
