The Manchester St. George’s Parade on Sunday, April 22, 2012, saw another damp day for this very popular Festival event. Nevertheless, all the efforts and enthusiasm of the organisers and participants shone through.
As usual, the crowds delighted at the sights of horses and Manchester Terrier dogs, the dancers and sounds of music that passed by to cheer them up. This annual event always demonstrates the power of local community as they proudly remind us of our past history.
