A group of 91 trumpeters, choosen from seven different military units, decked in full ceremonial uniform, set the record at Wellington Barracks in London on May 22, 2012.

The trumpeters simultaneously played the Wedding Fanfare.The attempt was staged by Victoria Business Improvement District (VBID) to mark the run-up to the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

Trumpeters  play a tune to break the Guinness World Record for the world's longest line of fanfare trumpeters at The Guards Museum, Wellington Barracks, in London, May 22, 2012. 91 trumpeters, made up of seven different military units, decked in full ceremonial uniform, prepare to simultaneously play a well-known fanfare in order to break the record for the world's longest line of fanfare trumpeters at Wellington Barrack.
