After a visit to France for a show at the Zénith in Paris in September, 2010 for "Peace One Day," Chicago-native Patti Smith returns to the French scene for "Fête de l'Humanité" for the second-to-last day of the French festival on September 15, 2012.
Patti Smith is a living legend and the "godmother" of the punk movement in the 1970s. She reused pieces from her old repertoire, such as "Gloria" by Van Morrison, "Peaceable Kingdom" and the unforgettable "Because of the Night".
