Pete Doherty played a solo at the "Fete de l'Humanite", a political event and music festival organized by the French far-left party (PCF) on September 15, 2012 in La Courneuve, outside Paris.

Pete Doherty's performance came 4 years after his last visit to France with the British group Babyshambles.

A pop rock idol since the last decade, the 33 year-old singer went solo with a Gibson folk guitar and a Lee Oskar harmonica.

Doherty sang songs such as "Fuck Forever Lyrics" and threw his pink polo and his guitar into the crowd.

Pete Doherty will return to his homeland for a concert on September 25, 2012 in Glasgow, Scotland.
