A protest has been organised in Thessaloniki on February 14, 2013, after the death on February 1, of Babacar Ndiaye, an immigrant from Senegal who died falling from a height, on the rails of the subway in Thiseio station in central Athens, during an operation of Municipal Police to remove peddlers from tourist area.

Hundreds of people protested against the death of 38 year old Babakar Ndiaye from Senegal who died after falling from a height of 7 meters to the train station in Athens chased by the municipal police on February 1, 2013.
