Peshawar: Pakistan Muslim League-Q honors victims of Badaber attack

News Karachi, Pakistan - 18 September 2015

Members of the Pakistan Muslim League-Q lit candles on September 18, 2015 for the victims of an attack by armed militants on a Pakistan Air Force base at Badaber that day. At least 30 people were reportedly killed in the attack.

Many of those killed were security forces observing morning prayers in the air base's mosque. Local reports say that all of the attackers, who were dressed in police uniforms, were killed by the rapid response team.

The Pakistani Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.
