Inondations in Brazil made numerous homeless

"The North of Brazil, as here Bacabal, knew the worst floods for two decades.
95 in 217 villages are in state of emergency in the state of Maranhao.
Approximately 123.000 persons are currently homeless and twelve people died" tells our witness.
