A group of around 100 tuba players met up to perform Christmas carols outside St Paul's Cathedral, London, on December 11, 2011, for what has become an annual charity event.

Our contributor adds:

"The performance began at 12.45 and went on for an hour and a half, with this year's charity benefactor being the 'Barnardos' children homes.

The performers wore red hats donated by mrtuba.com. Mr Tuba which was started in 1982, provides everything associated with tubas."
