Indignant : Three days of protests in Athens

Hot Topics Αθήνα, Greece - 28 May 2011

Three days of peaceful apolitical protests in Athens at Syntagma square.
Thousands poured at Syntagma Square at 25th May protesting against IMF austerity measures, against corrupted politicians.

The massive call was made by a Facebook group called "Indignants" as well as from Twitter.

The square is divided in two parts. In front of the Greek Parliament people are chanting anti-IMF and anti-politicians slogans. At the square people may attend the huge open meeting. At the open meeting citizens vote and decide upon ways and ideas to restore true democracy in the country.
