The Student Welfare Society at Khyber Medical College in Peshawar arranged a walk as well as a photo exhibition on environmental issues on June 4, 2012.
The Minister for the Environment, Wajid Ali Khan, attended the program and commended the students' efforts to protect the environment. He proceeded to symbolically plant a tree, outside the Khyber Medical College.
