Our contributor wrote, A number of community residents to sort fish drunk lying in the river jagir, Surabaya, May 29, 2012. According to data from the Executive Institute for Ecology and Conservation of Wetlands (Ecoton) Prigi Arisandi, thousands of fish died, allegedly due to bulk industrial waste pollution along the Watershed times Surabaya turbid and contains a mucus substrate surface. This leads to reduced oxygen content in the water that the fish die.
