Royal family waves to the crowd during final day of Queen's Diamond Jubilee

Entertainment London, United Kingdom - 05 June 2012

To mark the final day of celebrations of the the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, the royal family made their way down the Mall in a carriage procession on June 5, 2012.

Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, Camilla Duchess of Cornwall, Prince William, Catherine Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry traveled from Parliament to Buckingham Palace, waving to millions of onlookers. Upon arriving to Buckingham Palace, the royal family watched a fly-past from the Royal Air Force Red Arrows, which involved aircraft from the Second World War.

The fly-past marked the end of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, which celebrated her 60th year on the throne. The Diamond Jubilee lasted four days. Among other events were the Jubilee River Pageant and a service at St. Paul's Cathedral.

Queen Elizabeth II is only the second monarch in England's history to celebrate a Diamond Jubilee.
