Japan reinforces security for the Apec Summit

In the Tokyo subway, placards explain to railway commuters that security is reinforced for the Apec Summit that will bring together the chiefs of state of the 21 countries taking part in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) in Yokohama (Tokyo area) on November 13 and 14, 2010. Security guards with their red jackets can be seen in many points of the train stations.
